Alternate Travelling

With more and more people looking to travel further for less, it is no wonder that London, England has become a European vacation destination for many. Now, London is not that cheapest cities, by any means. But, if you are looking for a location that is in close proximity to a handful of very lively, well known cities, London is your place. For example, from London, you are able to reach Paris within a few hours. No two cities have ever been linked like this before; I am of course speaking of the famous chunnel. Tired of Paris? Well, one of the greatest thing about Europe is its rapid transportation between major cities. Perhaps you could head down to Spain for the day, although this trip is a little further than London to Paris. Regardless, you have so much at your disposal.
Perhaps staying in the United Kingdom is more up your ally. Why not head up North and visit Ireland, or even Scotland. While there are many alternative methods for visiting these two wonderful countries, I have found that renting an automobile is your best option. It will allow you to explore more of the countryside, while being able to set your own schedule.
Now, I understand that extensive travelling is not for everyone, in such an instance a more central location is ideal. For this traveller I would suggest staying at the hotels in Paddington. Paddington hotels offer you an ideal location for almost anything you wish to do in London, while not breaking the bank. I have stayed at several hotels in this area and I have always pleased with my decision. I am sure that you will be delighted by the area, and the surrounding sources of entertainment.
It is important to decide which type of travelling is best suited for you, and to always enjoy yourself.
